MM2H Incentives
10-year Residency Visa
• This is a multi-entry visa which is renewable;
• There is no restriction on minimum stay.
Car Purchase
• You may import your own car or purchase a local car without the need
to pay import duty, excise duty and sales tax.
Maids for Domestic Help
• You are allowed to apply for one maid as domestic help.
Employment
• Participants aged 50 years and above who are qualified and
experienced can apply to work in sectors approved by the Government.
Business and Investment
• Particpants are allowed to invest and actively participate in
business (subject to existing Government policies, regulations and
guidelines which are in force for the related sectors);
• You may use Malaysia as a base from which to conduct your business
overseas.
Property Purchase
• You are allowed to purchase any number of properties above RM1
Million each*.
• There is no real properties gains tax on sale of properties*.

Education
• Children below the age of 21 years and who are not married are
dependents;
• Student passes will be given to allow the children to continue their
education at international schools, private schools, colleges and
universities.
