The Strand Business Suites were launched in 4 phases. These business
suites are built facing the retail mall. The first phase of the
development was sold out within weeks of its launch back then in May
2006. The final phase that comprises 60 units on a 4-storey block
has been sold out in 2008.
The Strand Mall is built with cascading water features and lush
landscaped tropical setting. It is located in the centre of the
entire development. There is also an al-fresco dining boulevard at
the side of the mall which is designed with retractable roof. The
dining boulevard measures 90′ × 800′.
The Strand Residence features distinctive French architecture with
tall windows. It comprises two 40-storey tower housing 278 units of
single-bedroom units, two-bedroom units, duplexes and penthouse
suites. Each penthouse unit comes with a private pool and sky

High density and terrible traffic congestion are two main issues
faced by The Strand. Even though the development is just
half-completed, it has attracted a large crowd into the area. It is
hardly to find an empty parking at most times. As there will be a
boutique and strip mall at the centre of the development, both
problems seem to get worse.
