Location wise, Taman Maluri is one of the last few housing estates
that are located within the Kuala Lumpur city centre itself. One can
easily reach Bukit Bintang and KLCC within minutes, baring any
traffic jam. Unfortunately, most of the houses there are of
leasehold title and could be expiring within the next few decades.
Besides that, the houses in Taman Maluri also come with subsale
price which varies between RM525,000 to RM1,950,000, as well as the
