Analysis
USJ 21 is among the last precincts developed by Sime UEP. If you are
commuting from Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur, you have to drive
another 5 km through the city of Subang Jaya, the southern tip of
USJ. On the other hand, travelling from Puchong and Shah Alam only
takes about 3 km. All in all, it would be a great opportunity to
invest in the development before the LRT extension project is
completed as there will be an LRT station in USJ 21.
There is a serviced apartment in USJ 21, previously known as Newgate
Avenue, which was abandoned in early 2000 after it was 60%
completed. It is a 34-storey development comprising four blocks. In
2011, Bina Puri took over the project and completed it in the fourth
quarter of 2013. The serviced apartment has been renamed as Main
Place Residence and it comprises an upscale retail mall which
