Dataran Sunway is definitely a good place to invest or rent, as it
is a very vibrant commercial hub with a great traffic flow. It is
surrounded by many affluent neighborhoods. It is also a popular
hang-out among students and young working adults. It is an extremely
busy area most of the time, and will continue to attract customers
up to late at night due to the late closing hours of some of the
restaurants and pubs here.
