fast growing township of Bandar Sunway. It is in the south of Bandar
Sunway to be exact, which falls under the Mukim of Petaling in

medium-cost apartment. The later phases of this development were
taken over by IJM after much complaints were made by the property
buyers who were not satisfied with Talam Corporation’s workmanship.

Analysis
Lagoon Perdana is one of the projects located in a booming area of
Bandar Sunway, with major developments for the past few years. There
are numerous township facilities available nearby including schools,
shopping centers such as Sunway Pyramid, Subang Parade, The Summit,
and Mydin Mall.
As Lagoon Perdana is within walking distance to Sunway Pyramid and
colleges, this building should be a good and stable choice for those
who want to rent out the apartments to students or workers. Over
2011 to 2012, the management put a lot of effort into improving
maintenance and security, hence, the price is steadily increasing.
On the downside, Lagoon Perdana has been highlighted in The Star in
June 2010 regarding poor quality workmanship and other problems
associated with these apartments.
Some tenants also complain about the lack of security at Lagoon
Perdana. A resident of the property has been robbed twice, once was
during daylight. There is also concern about entries for visitors
that are not taken care by the management.
