Analysis
Being what one would call a small town, Greentown Business Centre is
generally not a congested place, where traffic is usually smooth
flowing off-peak hours. Peak hours on the other hand can get
downright nasty, especially at the Sultan Ismail roundabout; and as
a matter of fact, at all the roundabouts including the Jalan Raja
Hilir roundabout.
Tenants of Greentown Business Centre can expect a noisy and exciting
livelihood, as it is a very successful commercial hub with a very
high traffic flow. This area is dedicated exclusively to shops and
office lots, and as such turnover of some of the shops are also
quite high due to the many merchants trying to make their way in
business here.
Ipoh had never struck any of the speculators as a good investment,
as it used to be sleepy bygone town, forgotten by the rest of
civilisation. It has in the recent years picked and dusted itself
