of Kepong. Located right next to Taman Usaha Jaya and across from
Kawasan Industri Bukit Desa,

Jalan 16, which links to Persiaran Perdana and Jalan Aman, the

The RapidKL LRT line runs right in front of Kawasan Industri Bukit

Desa Aman Puri is a small community built around 1995-96. Situated
in the matured township of Kepong. It is tucked away in one corner
of the town and consists of mainly medium cost housing. Units for
both residential and commercial properties - all high-rises and
shop-offices are very small.
The built-up for shop-offices at Desa Aman Puri range from around
700-800 sf per floor, while the apartment units range from 900sf -
1,150 sf. Developed by various companies, the area is very
affordable for middle-income-earning families. Rental is as low as
