Analysis
Diamond Square is a hive of activity as the area provides plenty of
amenities to the residents in the nearby condominiums. Banks, F&B
outlets, telco companies, and much more service this highly dense
community. Parking around the shops can be difficult, as during peak
hours, cars may triple-park in certain areas. But this proves that
the area is booming for businesses and new clientele will be added
with the development of the new up-market 222 Residency further down
the road.
Rental at Diamond Square is very affordable at roughly RM1.00 psf
for a basic office unit. Maintenance and sinking fund fees vary
depending on which phase. Phase 2, the last block that was completed
