NeoCyber is the first
integrated development in Cyberjaya. It is built on a 21.17-acre of
freehold land with gross development value (GDV) of RM423 million.
It is developed by Laketown Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of EMKAY Group.
This integrated development comprises shop-offices, serviced
apartments, apartments, Grade A office block, commercial lots, a
playground and a central park.
There are a total of 4 phases. Its first phase is Biz Avenue 1 and
The Domain Apartment. The second phase comprises Biz Avenue 2 and
Commercial Lot. Third phase is the Office Tower and the last is 4
blocks of Domain apartments. Its residential component is called The
Domain Serviced Apartment, the first studio apartment in Cyberjaya.
There are 3 layouts available; Type A comprises 3-bedrooms and 2

15 months ahead of schedule.

The Domain and The Domain 2 have delivered great return in both
rental yield and capital appreciation. It is highly received by the
students in the area – mostly those foreigners from middle-east
countries. It has recorded over 20% capital appreciation and about
8% of rental yield. Among a good story told is owner who actually
bought a unit here for around RM150,000, was able to rent it out for
RM1,500 per month (fully-furnished) once it was completed. And there
