The location of Robson Heights is not very strategic, as it is
located next to Thean Hou temple. It is a huge Chinese temple
belongs to Persatuan Hainan Selangor and WP (Hainan Association of
Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan). It resides on a 1.67 acres land
and features ancient Chinese architecture. There are plenty of
activities held in the temple at an average of 100 activities
annually besides being a place of worship. Therefore, you can find
this area crowded most of time. Also, residents (mostly lower ground
units) have to suffer great noise from these activities.
Robson Heights is facing the Thean Hou temple and secluded greenery
surrounding the hill. Even though the view is not as bad as Le
Chateau, which is facing a Chinese cemetery, but facing a temple is
not fascinating either. For high rise unit residents, you can view
the large Chinese cemetery which located next to Le Chateau. For
better view, a potential buyer and tenant would opt for Robson
Condominium, Sri Langit, Sri Tiara and others.
Seputeh area is a great place to reside if you are looking for a
peaceful living and within close proximity to the city. The greenery
is well-kept in the area, and the neighborhood is peaceful and
quite. You do not feel being next to the city while being in the
neighborhood, but once you drive meters away from the vicinity, you
are right in the concrete jungle.
Bad traffic congestion along Jalan Syed Putra and Federal Highway is
something to think about. You have to struggle traffic congestion
along the way as you access these prime roads, but at least you are
only suffering a pinch of the trouble due to its close proximity to
the city centre.
Investment wise, it is a wise decision to invest in Seputeh area due
to the land scarcity within Mid Valley City and Bangsar areas, which
makes this area a great potential to rise. But if you would like to
own a unit at Robson Heights, make sure you choose the right view
and level to take full advantage of spectacular greenery view and
