mature township in Kajang, a town in the district capital of Hulu
Langat, Selangor. This 243 hectares resort-themed township is

In terms of location, the Saujana Impian Township is accessible via
the Cheras-Kajang Highway, Grand Saga Highway, the Kajang – Seremban

Saujana Impian is geared towards being a self-contained and
sustainable township. Significantly, the Greater KL MRT Project
which is one of the key initiatives identified under the
government’s Economic Transformation Programme (ETP) will consist of
3 MRT lines.
The Sg Buloh-Kajang MRT line will be the first of the 3 MRT lines
planned and Saujana Impian will have the honor of hosting one of the
stations along that line. Construction of the MRT Line 1 is to begin
in July 2011. This project will not only open up jobs for the
community but also provide commuters with alternative travel as
traffic in and out of Kajang can be quite heavy.
As a new development in the matured district of Kajang, Saujana
Impian is quite a gem and a boost in property value even to the
surrounding neighborhoods. Other neighboring communities are, Taman
Melor, Taman Mesra, Taman Taming Impian, Taman Delima and much more.
For property choices, there are plenty although much is geared
towards upper-middle class society. But for those who love the area,
one can purchase a home for RM232 psf which comes up to RM 290,000
