Analysis
Most buyers of Setia Tropika have appraised the modern house design
by the developer into JB. Indeed, the house design features modern
cutting edge even compared to houses in Selangor. This is reflected
into good sales at every launch.
However, Setia Tropika is not a gated and guarded enclave. The
security feature by the developer is only for the first 2 years, and
after that, it is up to the residents. However, the area is gated –
which makes thing easy for the residents if they decide to the gated
and guarded scheme.
