There are many who have invested in properties in Taman Pelangi and
opt to rent out their units to those who are working in Singapore
because the area is situated rather near to Singapore. So far, there
was no complaint of serious crimes happening around the
neighbourhood.
However, issues with inconsiderate parking by motorists around the
residential areas. Local media have reported that this issue has
been going on for about 3 years now and there is still no solution
to this matter. Nonetheless, properties in Taman Pelangi are still
