USJ 19 is a neighborhood with a strategic location for people who are looking for a place to stay with plenty of amenities. Besides that, there are a plenty of schools nearby. The traffic congestion in USJ 19 is the worst among other neighborhoods in UEP Subang Jaya during rush hours as there is only one exit to Persiaran Kewajipan.

Also, some of the residents of USJ 19 may not like the LRT extension development at the moment as it causes unwanted noises and road obstructions. With the new LRT station, USJ 19 is deemed to become a more vibrant area.
